2014 (redacted) Baby Salomon
Country of Origin: Cuba
Wrapper Color: Colorado Maduro Wrapper type: Cuban Filler: Cuban Binder: Cuban Vitola: Salomon (irregular) Humidimeter Reading: 64% Environment: Temperature: 66 degrees Humidity: 65% Wind: N/A A 6.5x48-54 figurado sourced by the well known (redacted) from a private roller in Cuba, labeled as a “Baby Salomon" which is very fitting given the non-standard size and shape of any other figurado vitola. Texture is fine, somewhat veiny, yet smooth with only slightly visible seams, a smooth, long cap and hard bunch. Overall an attractive looking cigar. Even burn, strong, mottled grey ash, medium sized conical coal and perfect draw. Ample smoke volume and a subtle, brief, fragrant aroma. Of excellent richness, medium-full strength, generous body, and and a generous, perfectly balanced flavor of vegetal, grassy, woody and floral tastes. A generous finish of grassy and woody flavors. No sweetness, bitterness, burn on the tongue, or saltiness. Overall of outstanding character and an excellent cigar with a final score of 94 out of 100.
