Home Brewers in the House?
I have always wanted to home brew - and started about two months ago with extract only brews. Not starting to BIAB. The kitchen isn't set-up well for full mash brews but I most likely will move to that.
Just like cigars and coffee I get OCD about this stuff. Brewed the following this weekend, 2.5 Gallon Batch of Boysenberry Fruit Ale (extract) 2.5 Gallon Batch of Imperial Stout (extract) 5 Gallon Batch of Irish Red Ale (BIA  Have conditioning a hopped up Blonde Ale and a case of Apfelwein for the wife. I am loving home brewing - who else out there is doing the same? Any recipes that are a favorite? |
