Wood Glue

I am in the process of converting an older 115 bottle VinoTemp wine cooler into a cabinet humidor.

With no modifications(aside from removing the built in wine racking), it's been holding at a steady at 65f 65%rh. While I'm quite happy with this, for aesthetics, I plan to line the box with 1/4" Spanish Cedar veneer over the wood already inside the box.

Does anyone have a recommendation on what type of glue to use that won't leave an odor, but will stand up to the humidity. I've heard Gorilla Glue and Tite-Bond are good, but wondering if anyone has any first-hand experience with either product?

TIA for any help!
