New Mark Knopfler album
Shangri-La. So titled because it was recorded at Shangri-La studios. Very good. A little different than A Ragpickers Dream. Very mellow, and nice. Still very good writing, somewhat polictical as always. I love the blend of early American, folk, Irish and English folk, and blues. Good smoking music. Excellent guitar as always, but not as guitar driven as usual. More vocally intensive this album. Take a listen. I think you will like it.
