F.O.P. Lodge #109 and the Tiki Bar in Solomons, MD are holding a fundraiser on September 20, 2008 at 2pm until 1am for a Calvert County, Maryland deputy who was paralyzed in the line of duty. All proceeds will be going to him to help pay for a handicap-accessible van.

Tickets are $20, and includes food from The Grill Sergeant BBQ, live music featuring the band One Louder in the evening and a steel drum band during the day, and a raffle with many prizes including a cruise to the Bahamas among other prizes. You must be 21 years or older to attend.

The Tiki Bar is an outdoor bar, and smoking is allowed, a true rarity in Maryland now. The Tobacco Barn cigar shop is on the premises, as well as the Tiki Gift Shop. We're also working on having a herf within the event as well, even if it is just an unofficial one.
