Store/online roasted beans--- how do i keep them fresh?
i started my morning off with a bag of montecristo coffee beans
 (compliments of JR). i just got into the bean business  and i grind my store bought beans every morning (not ready for self roasting). i notice by the end of the week or two they begin losing their flavors. i realize that the longer i keep the roasted beans, the more flavors are lost.my question: after opening my store/online bought beans, do i need to put them in an airtight container or leave them in the original bag? whats the best for freshness? lately, i've been leaving them in the bag.
