Yet another WINE Question...
I just finished a bottle of Luc Pirlet (2001) Syrah-Mourvedre.
I thought it was very good just not very complex. I received a shock when I finished the last glass and found a bunch of sediment or "grape grinds" on the bottom of the glass. This is the first time I had this happen. Is there a certain type or region of wine that this is the norm and how do you know if it is? Is this good or bad sign? Would decanting eliminate this? Thanks again guys for your help
