Sulawesi Toraja
I bought some from the local shop a couple of weeks ago. I roasted it outside on a cold rainy night. I knew my popper would struggle to get to a second crack given the 38 degree temp. and the rain so I just let it go a couple of minutes after the first crack. Not much at all past city.
Turns out to be one of the better coffees I've had a long time. Grab some if you haven't yet. |
