Blending Beans
I have seen posts on blends but are you blending, before, after, or during roasting.
I have been making a 50/50 blend of Nic. Mama Mina and Ethiopian Organic Hara. I roast the Mama Mina till 1st crack starts and then toss in the Hara and continue past 2nd crack on the Mama Mina. Makes a two tone coffee bean blend. I like the Mama Mina very dark almost burnt but when I roast the Hara that deep all the flavors go away so I just add the beans during the roast. Now I have my two favorites in one cup every morning.
