All the work we're doing on the Mississippi Coast is a killer. Lots of hours, early mornings and late evenings. With all the bridges out, getting around is pain as well.

But I tripped over a good Liquor Store last week. A reasonable substitute for Martin's Wine Cellar in NOLA (if that one comes back) and Metairie (I'm betting that may even be open again.) At least for the time being.

Good prices on some of my standard fare. Knob Creek, Booker's, Turkey and such. Nothing from Buffalo Trace, but they can get it. Or Mississippi allows it at least. I'm going to work the owner over on that one. He'd never even heard of BT until I asked him about it. They're an ABC state but all the stores are privately owned so there is competition that keeps prices down.
