Humidity problems. Newbie question.

Hi guys,

My hygometer is reading 76F and 66 humidity. What ever i try i can't get it to the magical 70 humidity. Why is this? It is fully calibrated and digital.

My humidor stores a maximum of 50 cigars but my humidor at the moment only has 22 in it, could this be the reason? Does the humidity rise with the more cigars that are stored?

Is it because the temp is above 70F? My room is always warm as i live at thew top omy house. Not much i can do about that!

Do you guys have any ideas of what i can do? Or is this normal?

Thanks

Mark
