Great information here. I have a Moist-n-Aire in a tower style cabinet and it's giving me fits. I find that the labels on the humidity control have no relationship to reality and that even minor .... REALLY SMALL nudges to the control make all the difference between "never stops running" and "never starts running".
I've had the thing for 6 months or so.... I think I will call the company myself and see what they recommend.
