Similar thing going on in Florida. An "amendment" to the state Constitution to be on the ballot this November. Bans smoking inside in restaurants....only allowed in bars and tobacco shops. What are these axxholes thinking? I bet it'll pass with 70% of the vote. When did people stop caring about our freedoms? You've got to pity the poor businessmen and women!

One of the sponser's of the bill, Senator McBride even considered banning smoking on the local beaches. (stupid mother fuc*er)

What pisses me off is that it appears the local restaurant industry wilLingly took it up the ass and not even put up much of a fight to allow smoking in 'bar' areas?

Where's Philip Morris when you need them?
