Help with Cigar Oasis

Um.....we're not simply a retailer of Cigar Oasis products. We are an Authorized Distributor. There is a BIG difference. We handle returns for replacement of defective units as well as the occassional request for a replacement ribbon cable, even if you do not purchase it from us. As long as you didn't alter the unit, thus voiding the warranty, we can handle issues with the product. Of course, it is easier if it was purchased from us, but only slightly more simple. (The only exceptions we make are for purchases from one of the idiots who are either not authorized retailers or feel the need to blow this product out as a loss leader simply because they are doing nothing but attempting to destroy the company who makes them with their antics. Yes, we can give you the names of the 3 retailers we do not service units from if you require that information before needing service.)
