Question for the Houston folks
I'm headed to the Texas Bowl Dec 28. Rutgers graduate so might as well see the boys since they are going to be close to home. My question: is there a good cigar shop or place to have a smoke near Reliant Stadium and would anyone be interested getting together for a smoke that day before the game.
