Detroit: It's time again, dammit!

Hey Detroit area and Michigan/Ohio crew, let's get together again and smoke some cigars! I'm thinking sometime in March. So, which day works best for everyone?

Good call Ron! We are over-do!

March 3rd or 10th work good for me.

Ted: La Casa Ann Arbor?

FWIW: Copper Canyon has a cigar room again. Only down side is they charge a $5 cutting fee if you bring your own smokes. Fair enough as far as I'm concerned.

LET'S DO THIS!

If Heather can't do this, then I'm all for another CC herf. 5 bucks is fair, and who knows for how long they'll be able to do this...

Also, for future reference...another option could be one of the two Cigar Factory Outlet locations. One is on Big Beaver Rd. in Troy, just east of Rochester Rd., and the other in Sterling Heights is at Hall Rd. and Schoenherr.

Great places but everything you smoke there you gotta buy there!

You got a good point. I have herfed with some people there who did bring some of their own, but then again they did buy a few sticks from them, which to me is fair enough. The La Casa in downtown Detroit was pretty nice, but a smaller bar area that gets pretty loud and crowded at times. The 1701 Lounge also in the Downtown detroit area is nice, but they can be kinda rude to people, so that place is right out. I won't tolerate that.

I was in their Sterling Heights location last week and it's beautiful. It was my first time in the area. You've got some very nice shops up in that territory.
