Unreasonable ??????????????
Hey everyone . I go and place an order through Bargain Humidors for a replacement cartridge for my oasis and some 50/50 humi-solution for which I pay over 7 bucks shipping ;I think. Anyways the oasis cartridge arrives leaking and cracked and to top it off it seems to be warped so that it wont fit on my unit.
I email them and tell them the problem. They respond by telling me to send it back. I return the email saying thanks but will they mind picking up the return shipping charges since I already paid for them to ship to me and through no fault of my own things went wrong. I get no answer. Should I bug them some more ? Am I being unreasonable or do I even think they care about my cigars drying up as I wait for a response from them that I probably wont get? Yep I know it's not the end of the world but I guess I am used to some other type of customer service.
