Like said by others, yes, RH is perhaps the most crucial component. However, temperature does in fact have a bearing here, and as you get to the higher tempatures, the RH can become more difficult to maintain. The problem can be compounded as your temp. runs in the 80 range.

If you have an RH in the 70 and under range, and your temp is around 80 -- JMHO, but I don't think that is a good storage environment, certainly not optimal. Your smokes will smoke different and you do in faact become more vulverable to mold. Many European retailers have told me it is not impossible for beetles to hatch under 75% RH if you have high temp, 80+; but who knows. Don't forget the arguements about the hydrometers -- you never really know what your RH is.
