Wow!! What a coffee! I roasted my first batch of this last night full city and am drinking it now. I don't think it's fully degassed yet but man it's good.

I'd call it a tempered Yirg. If you like the attention-grabbing fruitiness of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, you'll like this. The flavors are mellowed a bit but they're still there. The aftertaste is lingering and pleasant.

The last few batches of coffee I've roasted have really not impressed me and I was starting to wonder if I wasn't getting burned out on this coffee thing. But, it's a cup of coffee like this that reminds me why I got into home roasting.

If it wasn't for their faults, people wouldn't be very interesting.
