Good point, actually I think what I really did was pitch the half-roasted beans in a big pot and tried (for a while at least) to roast those along with what I had in the roaster.
THere was a good thread on the Mayorga BB titled "blending the same bean". Anyone know if the Mayorga BB is now defunct? |
