Guatemalan ORGANIC Coban - SHB
Just got back from our local fireworks but couldn't call it a night without posting about this spectacular coffee from CBC.
Had my first cup earlier this evening. Roasted just to the first whisper of second crack, it was rich and buttery with great body. Not exceedingly complex, but very chocolaty, and it had an outstanding Merlot/Burgundy wineyness to it that was the perfect compliment to the intense chocolate flavors. From the first sip I knew that I was going to love this coffee. Very highly recommended!
