Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Got a bag from Mayorga (pre-roasted, I'm a grinder, but not yet a roaster). My fav is Kenya AA, I like Sumatran Mendeling, Tanzanian Peaberry as well. What can I expect from the Yirgacheffe? Any thoughts? Thanks.
