I have a Tiger triple flame that really does a great job in the cold and the wind. I do my smoking on the back of the crew boat after work and can sit in the wind and the sun and enjoy being done for the day...

Oh! The one sweet thing about a triple/quad torch is you can burn a hole through an aluminum can! Awesome!
