had a bunch of mini tunnels in tonight's smoke
Just came back from a midnight smoke and noticed alot of strange and fairly deep tunnels (small and narrow) from light to about the 2nd third (from which i cut it so that I could bring it in the house for pictures).
I noticed upon cutting these little things nugget looking things attached. My humi has been sitting at ~74 degrees and 68% (best I could do on the temp inside). I live in CA and in a condo and it's not a temp controlled humi. Just please ease my worries and let me know if these things are normal. I read the beetle thread and tried to look up some pictures. I took pics of the batch I have left too. No beetle holes...I took them and shook them and no crumbs fell out so now I'm confused. I haven't noticed that type of tunneling in the others I've smoked. Here's pics of the cigar I had just now: Close 1 up of Cigar Close 2 up of Cigar Here's pics of the rest I have: Batch end view Batch side view Anything advice helps. This occured in my desktop humi. |
