Just purchased an old oak 3 door Ice Chest from the 20's. Gutted it and will begin the humidor conversion over the next few weeks.

Gutting it in the driveway. Will be modifying the frame internally, then lining with Spanish Cedar, building shelves and drawers, adding LED lighting, etc..Will keep everyone posted. Gonna take some time. not alot of free time to work on it.

Every time I see one I could afford, it needs more reconstruction than repurposing.

Thanks all. It's in fair shape on the outside but the inside is a wreck. But I got it cheap.
