Well, I'm now back from Chicago, and things there were almost as grim as in KC. In the downtown/loop area, there is exactly one place where you can smoke indoor: the old Iwan Ries tobacco shop. This trip made me really appreciate how comparatively easy it is to smoke in Philly. And that's saying a lot...
