Weird Al or Dread Zeppelin
Weird Al definitely is better known, and is lots of fun, but even though Dread Zeppelin was sort of a one-joke act, it was a terrific joke (Heartbreaker Hotel...) and they get bonus points for the overweight Hispanic Elvis impersonator front man.

Don't get me started on Dread Zeppelin... I've seen them live maybe a dozen times (although not for the past many years). Have about 6 of their CD's and as many t-shirts. Even though they're a parody cover band, they're quite musically tight, or at least they used to be when Carl Jah and Jah Paul Jo were playing guitar back in the early days.
Weird Al's cool, too. I remember listening to "My Bologna" when it first came out on the Dr. Dememto show. I thought "UHF" was a pretty funny movie, too.

Weird Al. Very creative mind. I liked his movie UHF. Michael Richards (Kramer) was a riot in that one
