"Tom Principatto"
Haven't heard that name in a while I agree on Ronnie Earl, The CD Language Of The Soul....IS What a strange bird, hung out with him in Memphis on a brekfast cruise years ago and later interviewed him. A deep soulful/spiritual person that is strange in a good way. I'll never forget Preston Shannon played 'Sweet Home Alabama' on that cruise Ronnie Earl looked as us and said 'Is He playing what I think he is playing' Also I have never, ever seen a more passionate/soulful guitar player than Ronnie Earl, he was playing instrumentals that literally brought tears to my wife's eyes as well others in the audience, I have never seen that happend. My wife has seen lots & lots of guitar players (from Duane to Sean Costello) no one ever effected her like that. Robben Ford and The Blue Line CD would be a guaranteed one for smooth-jazzy-blues, highly recommended if you are into smooth playing
