Been an investor in S Match for the last decade or mote. Used to pass out a box of La Glorias at shareholder meetings at Ralph's On The Park before the storm.
The restaurant uad a master charcutier on staff. Best frigging foix gras I ever had. Any time i see foix gras on a menu, I order it.
