Chicken drumsticks glazed with sweet and tangy sauce over a bed of caramelized onions, garlic, ginger and mushrooms. Tumeric enhanced basmati rice with raisins. Green bean and carrot medley.

last night was a red lentil stew with a medley sausage and beef leftovers in it. An Aleppo pepper infused oil was the drizzle for it. Also made brussel sprouts (browned in oil then oven roasted). Served with a Chilean Pedro Ximenez white wine.

Dry or a little bit sweeter? This one sounds interesting, regardless.

Cheese steak sammitches and coleslaw for Katie's 17th. Followed up with a chocolate cake made from scratch. Been so long since I've made one from scratch that I forgot the process. Plus, I might be a decent enough of a cook, but I really suck at frosting cakes!

Baby back ribs, baked Mac and cheese with ham, coleslaw. Those that don't care for part of the menu are invited to forage in the newly cleaned fridge.

Looks a little bit like a Christmas dinner, John.

Fresh Atlantic salmon filet glazed with honey and balsamic tonight alongside rice, carrots and brussels sprouts, accompanied by a 2018 St-Ambroise (an excellent local brewery) Imperial Russian Stout.
