I'm in Savannah for the next two months, maybe more. Is there a shop with a lounge and good friendly atmosphere around? How 'bout a local herf?

Savannah, Georgia? I have a friend up there who says that there are like 5 cigars shops. Unfortunately I haven't been back up there since I started smoking cigars.

We'll have to herf sometimes - you're only like 1.5 hours from where a bunch of us CWers live!

I would be quite happy to travel a little for a herf. Seems like folks are slow to respond to Savannah themed titles though. Wonder why?

Savannah Cigars is downtown somewhere. Don't think they have a shop you can smoke in though (go figure). They do have specially made stogies for their shop. I have yet to smoke the one I picked up there a year and a half ago. IMHO not a very impressive shop, and I'm not one to slag down stuff...BTW im in Middle Ga, so holla if you get around this way and we can herf it up.

Do a web search, there are a couple (maybe 2 or 3) true "shops" and a couple of places that sell cigars among other things. Just grab some and head down to the pier, find a bench and do your thing. Watching the people go by, especially in summer, is always a treat.

There are a couple of cigar shops at the waterfront and a couple of more out a little ways.

Look in the yellow pages. It helped me a few months ago.

Took a looksie at the WTS and couldn't find a Savannah shop listed. I'm heading that way for two nights on the company's dime and I want to get another B&M under my belt...but I want it to be a good one, so I came here

any tips on where to smoke or just in generally how to tackle this city in a couple nights i'd appreciate it

apparently most shops are tourist traps except for the Tinder Box....
