Figured I'd try something new and went with this over my usual Bulliet, WT 101, or EC 12yr since their basically in the same price range. It's not bad, pretty sweet, definite corn sweetness, oak, next to zero spice, very little heat which is fine and very short finish but its very smooth and very drinkable neat but for the same money I'd take any of the other above mentioned anyday. This would be a great starter bourbon but after tasting the aforementioned bourbons I miss the fullness and spice of the WT 101, the cinnamon of the Bulliet and the richness of the EC 12. Like I said not bad but hey ya got to try something new just so ya know where your tastes lie.
