Help! What's wrong with my cigars?

All my sticks have become really sick. I havent dared touch the nice ones because I really dont want to know if they've been affected, but the rest just taste really bad.

The obvious thing when smoking is that the ash tunnels a lot, leaving a 1mm in diameter hole. Also, the ash itself is covered with little white dots which didn't used to happen.

I think the problem may be the uneven humidity, unfortunately I've not been very good at keeping them stable - the humidity fluctuates from around 75 to 55. Another issue may be tobacco beetles? But I doubt it as there arent any holes in the outer skin of any of the cigars.

Please help! Once they become sick is there any hope of recovery?
