Green Bean Question
Question on roasting Green Beans? Is there a standard roast that you use on most of your green beans. Like an initial roast on new beans to measure drinkability. I use a popper and wait til I hear a first crack and stop about 10 seconds after. But, different beans look and taste different with this roast. Am i missing anything, maybe be braver and roast longer?
