Review Form/Template
Does anyone have a review form or template that they use when reviewing cigars? I'm looking for a basic form or template that I can use to consistently record my smoking experience. I currently use a plain notepad but find the unstructured scribbles to be less then helpful when looking back over a period of time.
(Please don't refer me to the sticky, the link has been down almost a full year and nobody seems to know how to fix it)
