Gumby, you are not alone. I thought maybe it was just me, but I also was gifted and tried a PAM64 on Xmas and was sorely dissappointed. Dry, heaps of full bodied leather notes that Im simply not a fan of so for me, I'd say it was just short of flavorless. I tried to like it, I really did and managed to get to the last third at which point it literally started tasting like an Ashtray...I gracefully bowed out, stripped the band for my collection an chucked it. Glad I didn't pay for it. Though I did just that that 3 times this year with the same results.
On the flip side, the regular line smokes still hold my interest. Sparked a delicias the following day that reaffirmed why I bother with Padron. go figure.
