No and NO....

Ohio is an assbackwards state when it comes to liquor..

i.e. Charles Shaw Wineries...2Buck Chuck...sold at Trader Joes...for $2 a btl.................in OH it has to sell for $3.99 go figure.

hell we even just pass a state law to allow interstate wines to finally be shipped direct.
