I bought a stack of 78's that I can't play on my equipment, but rather on speculation. Most of it is big band jazz (Sarah Vaughn, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Dorsey with Sinatra etc.). One of them is the original Bluebird pressing of Dizzy Gillespie's Salt Peanut, which is considered the first "new jazz" recording. I figure that one's valuable. All of them were in their original sleeves and on labels like Okeh, Columbia, Bluebird, Kapp, etc. I suspect that some of the sleeves are more valuable than the records in them.
