the stones do have alot of great songs.......... but i dont think the two are even close, i mean if you were alive and watching t.v. when the beatles were on the ed sullivan show in what ? 1963 ? god im getting old....girls were fainting in the audience and no one ever heard music like that before , and there hair styles and clothes for those times were very extreme. lol you can compare the stones to the who or other late 60's bands, but not to the beatles or elvis they were trend setters or should i say the beginning of what became rock & roll ..jmo
