Sounds a lot better than my tuna salad on Monterrey jack cheese crisps. It's actually a palatable substitute for tuna salad on Ritz crackers. Lot more salt, though.

I stocked up on raw medium shrimp since it was $4.99 a pound at Ralph’s. I’m thinking Shrimp Louie salad but with thousand island dressing.

We're going to have scampi Friday. Kim's cooking it.. XL raw shrimp (16-20 ct) have been less than $6/lb lately.

Barbara and I have been sick since Saturday. Been eating only rice and crackers. Finally started to feel halfway human yesterday so we had homemade chicken soup.

Hitting La Siesta Mexican restaurant on my way home for their awesome hard shell tacos, rice and beans. I love the way they do their taco shells. They fry corn tortillas in hot oil and assemble the tacos quickly so the taco shell keeps its shape. Reminds me how my grandmother made them.
