This is one of my favorites, and is one of, if not the most, flavorful claro cigars out there. The corona is 5.5" x 48, more like a robusto.
Prelight: excellent construction. Wrapper has a few very thin veins. Smells great! Smoke: An easy draw, perhaps slightly underfilled, but not a problem. Tons of white smoke, and, according to my wife, "very stinky". The flavor is difficult to describe. There are both sweet and peppery spice flavors and rich tobacco. I can't find any of the "loam, chocolate, roasted meat" flavors, but all I can say is ITS DAMN GOOD!! And there is the El Original power. I had a nice little buzz going about 1/2 way in. These cigars are made in the USA by the Island Smoke Shop and are excellent. |

I agree. Great smoke. One of my favorites and one of the best rolled lines out there, IMO. That light claro taste fools me for a minute, then it starts to kick in.

Of the two, I think that the Maduro is better.
