Tobacco Products Fulfillment? WTF, Lew?????

So I've ordered a couple of samplers out of magazines, all shipped by TPF.

St Louis Rey, Gispert, Maria Guerrero, RyJ Reserva Real....on more than one occasion, a *second, unordered* sampler will arrive months after the original order. An extra SLR sampler came in last year, and a spare MG sampler rolled in yesterday, long after the original order was placed and the original sampler was received.

WHO CAN STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING???? People that answer the phone at the toll-free # on the credit card statement and/or shipping label don't seem to give a rat's ass about the duped charge or shipment. If the deals weren't decent, I'd be more inclined to return the unwanted arrivals. But they should never show up in the first place...
