Gulf Coast Reunion Herf Victuals
Our annual Gulf Coast Reunion Herf is a feast for the cigars and the food, mostly seafood. Our routines and menus are sort of entrenched, as we have done similar things for 17 years, now.

Friday night includes:
  • Blackened redfish
  • Chargrilled oysters
  • Raw oysters (those that get interrupted between shuckers and grill
This year, spiridon saw soft-shelled crabs and bought them out.
Stogie5150 made his family's "Shrimp-bawled-in-butter" a take on New Orleans Italian-style barbecue shrimp, but done on the stove top.
My family had venison burgers since a some in that lot do not really eat much seafood.
Green onion-cheese venison sausage. My James shot the deer.

Saturday is boiled seafood, four sacks of crawfish and always some type of crab.
