I had another GREAT experience with

Mark is great! I am going to Vegas this Friday and needed to order the Zippo 'airline cargo' case. Mark is my go to guy for this stuff. I ordered LATE friday night (after midnight), and sent a follow up e-mail.

They had the lighter case for $11.65!! (Did I mention they have great prices too?) While I was on the site, I saw they had the Le Tube cigar holders. They were $2.55 each. I have never seen them for less than $5! I ordered two of those.

In my e-mail I explained I was going to Vegas next Friday, and would appreciate anything he could do to get my shipment to me by then.

I got an e-mail on Saturday, with a copy of the invoice, and a little note. He mailed the package out Saturday, and it hit my door today (USPS Priority mail). The shipping times I get are UNREAL!!! 'Overnight' delivery for $5!

Thanks to Mark at www.theboxstore.biz for helping me out!!! I'll be able to pack my lighter to Vegas!!!

If you need any otterbox items, and are in Northern California, these guys can get them for you FAST!! Even if you aren't in N.Cal, they have GREAT prices and service too!!!

Cool - too bad some vendor/merchants out there do not know the equation satisfaction = return business.

Exactly!!! I have ordered from him in the past. I NEEDED the Otterbox Zippo case FAST!!! I knew he would deliver....I didn't know how fast!!

Any new otter box purchases are going to be through him!
