The End of Cigar Lounges In Kalifornia

This stupid nanny state is really going too far!!!

From the CAL-OSHA Reporter............

The Kalifornia Senate has appoved Assembly Bill 1467 which will include the smoking ban to be enforced IN ANY BUSINESS.

That's right...including tobacco stores, cigar lounges, hookah bars, owner-operator bars and taverns, warehouses...

EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

Thanks to Assemblyman Mark DeSaulnier, a Concord Democrat.

FUCK YOU DeSaulnier!!!!

Of course it's up to Arnold to act on the bill or it automatically becomes law.

Leave it up to an Evil Republican to save us.

If he vetos this bill.....

Read it here............

Seriously, why do these people feel the need to make laws governing every aspect of our lives?

Sorry, you get what you vote for. In California that's the granola legislature. What's not fruits and nuts is all flakes.

So the Dems push the bill through and pass it, but the GOP govenor that is ready to veto the bill is the evil one, huh?

Not trying to start anything, but the Republicans here have just about killed smoking anywhere. Why go out to a nice steakhouse if you can't have a cigar with a drink after a nice meal (like we used to do). Two great resteraunts are close to closing because of this change. I was in a bar recently where there were about 20 people smoking cigarettes. I lit up a small cigar and was asked to put it out. They said they didn't like the smell. I don't know how they could smell it through the cigarette smoke
