Well, it looks like your owner is serious about building a team in Miami. After snagging one of the best college (and teaching) coaches in the country, you have the stones to hire one of the best GM's in the NFL...blackballed by Benson.
I'll give you three years to pull it off, but you're going to have something to cheer for there pretty soon, I think.
