FDA Proposal For Cigar Regulations

Just came across this article from Charlie Minato. It sounds more like poor solutions in search of a problem that can be fixed more simply.

So this, and now you can't smoke in Mexico, do we need to all move to Canada?

I think we all need to demand an end to all these government agencies abusing their power. How do cigars fall under the food and drug administrations authority? The cigar industry has been fine for 500 years without the FDA getting involved.
