I’m a huge fan of Bahn Mi sandwiches. 15 minute freeway drive puts me at Little Saigon Garden Grove. Just about every shop that sells bahn mi makes them great. Kind of like getting a po boy in the French quarter, always a great po boy.

I skipped dinner tonight. Not hungry enough to know what I wanted, so not hungry enough to eat.

Diced steak and chicken breast salad. I’ll add sliced tomatoes, sweet corn, purple onion, ranch dressing.
