I made a bbq pizza with a cauliflower crust, sugar free Sweet Baby Ray's, pulled pork, diced onion and jack cheese. First day of induction and I've totalled just under 20 grams of carbs.

It was cold here today and got a freeze alert on my phone for tonight. So, pulled some gumbo out of the freezer cooked up some rice got the Gumbo File out of the spice rack and ate well. Followed up with carrot cake.

Vegetarian chili, and a turkey, avocado sandwich on multigrain bread. I used bean sprouts and cucumber in place of lettuce and tomato. I enjoyed it.
