Blackstone Griddle

My Bride purchased the 22 inch griddle to take camping. I enjoyed seasoning the thing it took about 2 cigars to seasoning it right. My initial cook was smash burgers, caramelized onions and smashed red potatoes. The second meal was breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs and hash browns. Both cooks were serviceable but I need to finesse my griddle skills. I know I can hit Youtube but any griddle mavens here with helpful tips or recipes? I like the thing alot. It's fun and I'm looking forward to getting creative with dishes once I hone my skills.
